Check out the article "Learning the Trade" in the Baltimore City paper. It is a review of the Seventh Annual Curator's Incubator Program at Maryland Art Place in Baltimore. Included is Soft Space: Architecture in Contemporary Art curated by NWAA curator Margaret Winslow and including work by NWAA member's Ron Longsdorf, Janell Olah, and Stephen Ruszkowski.

Event details: The opening will take place on Friday Nov. 6th, from 6PM - 9PM at the Red Mohawk Gallery in Wilmington. It will be a great time and as always there will be beverages to consume. There also will be a band. I will have plenty of shirt for those who missed out on the last run... I know many of you will be there in spirit and cannot make it out. The Ingerman Group and the Shipley Village Community Development Organization will begin taking applications from artists immediately. The application will be a three-part process: the applicant must first qualify as a perspective renter, followed by an income and credit check, and lastly there will be a review of the applicant's artwork.

At the October 15th closing reception for the exhibition Eclosion, New Wilmington Art Association is proud to present a screening of episodes 3 & 4 of Season 5 of art:21. This screening event is part of a national initiative titled Access '09 which aims to introduce the award winning PBS production, Art:21 Art in the Twenty-first century, to a larger audience.
