ArtScape MidWay III

Greetings

I have an installation in this year's Artscape, July 16th-18th, the Charles Street Bridge, Baltimore.

Here are some images:

The project will include small editioned artists zines/books, a Tea Dance, my dream studio, my new artist zine, some of my good friend's books, and probably the hottest weekend in July. With a photo copier on site, passerbyes or participants will create a small artist zine which will be editioned and get a taste of self-publishing and basically doing it yourself.

Hexchange

I have a recently completed edition in this project:

October 9 - November 6, 2009: The Hexagon presents: Hexchange, an emerging artist printmaking portfolio with over 40 participants nationwide. Following the exhibition, Hexchange will become a part of the permanent collections at the International Printing Museum in Southern California, and Goya Contemporary and Nudashank Gallery in Baltimore. Hexchange will also travel to Philadelphia for satellite exhibition during the Southern Graphics Council in 2010. Individual prints and whole portfolios will be available for purchase for the duration of the show.

The Hexagon is a community-run gallery and performance space that embraces all media and is located in the Station North Arts District at 1825 N. Charles Street. The Hexagon features music performances, community outreach events, film screenings, art exhibitions, and many other creative events. For more information about the space, please visit http://www.hexagonspace.com.
